New year off to a great start!

There is something so gratifying about reaching/accomplishing a goal, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant!

I started off this year with some very ambitious goals - but I listened to the advice of many others, (fellow speakers) and realized that setting big ambitious goals are fantastic, and setting smaller goals and breaking them down to monthly, weekly, and even daily is also a wonderful way to 'accomplish' goals and get the gratification of success while grinding your way to bigger, loftier goals!

I am well on the way!

It begins...

Well like most people, my start to the new year was good. I did exactly what I intended to do - which was walk at least two miles every other day. Also, I want to catalog all the food I eat on a daily basis. I really hope to be able to keep this up - like most people, I start my resolutions with the best of intentions; this year I expect my intentions to become consistent actions.
